that everyone is working towards the same end goal and believes in the companies goals
Colleagues are always eager and willing to help out and assist whether it's jumping on a zoom call to explain something or answering messages over slack. There's a lot of opportunities to get involved in different areas of the business. Your role description doesn't mean that that's all you can do
Open feedback and encouragement for growth and learning
Transparency has been quite shocking. We have weekly fireside with our CEO where employees have the opportunity to ask him questions about the company (anonymously for those that are not that comfortable). Also the fact that there is a pretty flat structure, there's no red tape to get stuff done.
If something was said it will happen, it will really happen
Inclusive work culture and diverse people from all over the world. Really supportive team.
