It's been a roller coaster, challenging but so unbelievably rewarding

Telnyx is a company with strong folks collaboration. The level of transparency is something impressive.

I am empowered to make key decisions that I know will have a large impact on the company. Leadership entrust us to make these decisions and give us the ability to grow our career. I am constantly learning new things, working outside of my department on exciting projects.

They are extremely communicative with the decisions of the business, very transparent in all updates, really positive when revenue is up and down, proactive about change when needed within the business, really nice to work with and understanding about work life balance.

The unlimited PTO is awesome! Healthcare, dentist care, nice fitness gadgets, nice work equipment perks and cool offices.

50/50 health premiums split is great. Unlimited PTO/Sick leave too makes me feel like I’m allowed to be a responsible adult, and put life priorities first when they need to

Colleagues are always eager and willing to help out and assist whether it's jumping on a zoom call to explain something or answering messages over slack. There's a lot of opportunities to get involved in different areas of the business. Your role description doesn't mean that that's all you can do

Open feedback and encouragement for growth and learning

Transparency has been quite shocking. We have weekly fireside with our CEO where employees have the opportunity to ask him questions about the company (anonymously for those that are not that comfortable). Also the fact that there is a pretty flat structure, there's no red tape to get stuff done.

It included several back-to-back phases that were done in a morning, but were comprehensive enough to demonstrate my skills while also giving me a chance to work directly with people on the team.

The communication throughout the process and the nature of the interviews themselves. There was a nice blend of professional and casual conversation to really get to know the team as they got to know me.

The unlimited PTO! It is really nice to be able to work hard and also have a nice bit of vacation, my co workers are awesome too and I love the office
