What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team at TENTE is open to new ideas and always rewards people where it is deserved. If you work hard it does not go unnoticed.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part of my compensation package is probably the time off. Everyone comes in with 2 weeks' vacation, 1 week PTO and 10 paid holidays per year.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best thing about my team is that we are open with each other. We are honest and provide feedback almost daily. I think it is important to receive feedback often. This allows professionals to learn and grow.
