Getting to learn new things, bond with some people, and luckily I have a few team members who help me out when they can even though it isn?
2 out of 3 of my managers, as well as several team members, and our head chef are amazing and make you feel important/always check in to see if you are feeling ok/need anything/etc.
Not having to directly deal with customers & having slower days in order to be able to manage the workflow by myself instead of the normal chaos.
Management, staffing, organization of tasks among said staff, not micromanaging. I am technically PT, but I work FT plus OT with no benefits whatsoever and shifts that require more than one person are being given to one person due to understaffing/mismanagement. Several people have already left.
A raise for doing the work of multiple people and given grief when I cannot meet the demands of the staff due to my position being so understaffed.
