Company culture starts at the top. There is mutual respect from the top down, clear communication of standards and expectations, and support to achieve goals.

I've been fortunate to have trained in several different departments. Managers have been very helpful and informative. Co-workers have been generous about sharing their time and knowledge.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am learning new things every day. From product guidelines and new marketing pieces, to contacting potential partners, there are new things to learn and new challenges every day.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel very supported in pursuing my professional goals with Change. From Darlene at reception, to Alan our General Counsel, everyone is genuinely friendly and willing to help in whatever way they can.
