I am fortunate to have several mentors in management that i can reach out to with concerns. I also am lucky to have others speaking with me freely about their concerns and challenges and i feel i am able to help them.
What makes you most happy at work?
i like being autonomous yet the ability to reach out and make contact with my team mates.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Should work together to make everyone succeed. There is a competition between some employees and lack of shared knowledge and camaraderie.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The fact that if I need someone to talk with about concerns i know who to contact and usually can resolve me concerns fairly quickly.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They listen to the employees concerns and address them in a clear and concise manner. They try to retain employees and have an open line of communication
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It used to be the bonus plan but with volume being low it hasnt been as good as in the past. We appear to have a concentration on Jumbo and Alt A and non QM product.
