Dont expect them to treat you like you are a person, they wont and when their policies ruin your life they dont care. Also, even if a top performer DONT EXPECT ANNUAL RAISES TO EXCEED EVEN THE 60 YEAR AVERAGE INFLATION. Moving to Cigna should be seen as a move of desperation, not an opportinity!!!
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
This is not a major area of issue i would complain here. But expect seas of half hour meetings that could have been half a paragraph in an email
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
When you treat your employees poorly and pay them worse (with seemingly large promised salaries with lies about raises and bonuses-that salary is just an illusion) you het what you pay for. Customers WILL SUFFER as a result of incompetent staff being the only ones who stay
