I was let go abruptly and with out warning. I was completely blindsided when told I was being let go because I missed goals for one month despite there being massive amounts of turnover and other issues.

Integrity. The company lacks in morality as well.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I was paid fairly. However the pay range for the same job can be wildly different from person to person
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
When concern is voiced about a hostile work environment it needs to be taken more seriously. Coworkers for the most part are OK but it’s definitely a very competitive and dog eat dog environmen
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I made it abundantly clear how I felt about working with my senior sales lead and I was told very plainly that I needed to find a way to get along with him despite his lack of civility, communication and morals.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Experience within the company is valued over integrity and morals. For instance if your Sales person has been with the company longer than you and has a more proven track record, they will always be more valued over you regardless of experience and personality. A moral compass is not needed to work
