What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Speed it up. Especially with internal candidates.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Retire. The only constant is change. Too many clinging to regressive ideals and self-serving policies.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Listen to the critical feedback. Kindness without honesty is manipulation. Honesty without kindness is cruelty.
