Tilly's – I contacted Customer Service via Chat and was told that Tilly's couldn't help me locate the item that was shipped. Once the item left the Tilly location, it became the problem of the shipping company. Tilly had no problem charging me though.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership was extremely condescending and disorganized, and always managed to make their mistakes my fault when I was the one on top of things.
