it's very free and open. There are a lot things still falling into place since the company is relatively new in my area, but the general atmosphere of the store and the vibe of the company is one that is comfortable and fun.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
There is way too much drama. The store manager talks about everyone in a negative light in front of new associates, which fires up many of the people she talks about. She once called me entitled because I kept asking her for more hours. We should get better at confronting coworkers face to face.
