Tilly's Interviews Employee Reviews

What did you like most about the interview process?

When I was interviewed, the SM was super sweet and we got along super well. The questions were easy and I was sure I landed the job. I cannot speak for the new employees, but based on the fact that at least 15 new people have been hired, the interview was probably quite simple.

The fast response on if I got the job or not.

my interviewer, we had a lot in common and she was very fun(:

the current store manager was not there. The manager who hired me was good, fast and less micromanaging

The accuracy from job decription to the actuality of the job. None of the negatives were hidden they were well explained.

Review from Sales Dept

Interview process was in a group but focused on individuality.

Most interviews are conducted as group interviews which relieves a little of the pressure of coming for an initial interview

It was outside, which i understand now is a big deal since you only see the sky like two or three times at work... fake windows.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Maybe dont have group interviews and tell people if they got the job or not on the spot

Better management teams to help the workers instead of criticizing them and having favorites within the store
