What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked how they let me make an outfit for a scenerio
Talking about past experinces, gettjng to know the store manager
Meeting managers that teach you with positivity

It was outside, which i understand now is a big deal since you only see the sky like two or three times at work... fake windows.

I got to meet with many of the people I would be working along side of.
Most interviews are conducted as group interviews which relieves a little of the pressure of coming for an initial interview

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Maybe dont have group interviews and tell people if they got the job or not on the spot
Better management teams to help the workers instead of criticizing them and having favorites within the store
