Overall my experience is that everyone looks out for themselves with the lack of knowledge of the product and no knowledge or training on a consistent basis. Any knowledge that the department has is kept to themselves to obtain job security.

Meeting with a variety of people.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Knowledge needs to be shared with all groups and teamwork needs to be a priority with all groups.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Must improve on communication, team work, training, opportunities for advancement and building on the team they already have instead of continuously hiring new employees with no experience.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Company needs to offer training and build on the team they have instead of hiring non-experienced workers with no provided training. It would benefit the company to share knowledge instead of severely limiting the knowledge to employees trying to secure their positions.
