I love what we do, the people I work with, and feel that we make a huge difference for our customers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is evolving. There's a culture committee focused on improving our day to day experience, and leadership listens.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership has expanded over the last year, and has gotten more and more experienced. These massive upgrades have enabled us to move faster and I personally feel more heard, supported, and empowered. It's an excellent Team.
