What do you like best about the leadership team?
The team is supportive and innovative. We have a company culture where individuals are encouraged to Make an IMPACT - on our customers, our teams and our future. Part of that is our philosophy of not being afraid to bring suggestions for improvements to the very top.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Opportunity to participate in 401k, fair health insurance rates and coverage, and even furloughed employees during the pandemic were able to keep their insurance and the company still contributed the regular amount. At my level, we have achievement-based bonuses.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone works hard, and goes above and beyond to satisfy the customer and to help each other. We share each other's accomplishments and in the pride when our customers give anyone on the team kudos.
