Benefits were excellent., as well as the 401K and stock purchase plan.

Management and attitudes need to change. big gap between exec and workers.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Culture is poor, no connection to the ELT, no respect for procurement. Ex. Director was the worst ever. Not a place for a procurement professional.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Ultra liberal execs that don't care about the workers. Management needs an overall. CEO is far too removed from the day to day, CIO/CTO is an egomaniac, and is harming the company.
