My overall experience has been great so far! I got to analyze companies, create analytic reports, design marketing posts, and work with my fellow peers on group projects. The CEO was flexible towards my schedule and gave assignments that I was comfortable with. Overall, great learning experience!

The most positive thing about the culture and environment of this company is that no one judges you. You can ask as many questions as you want about the tasks.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued, but I feel like as the company grows a little more, they should provide some rewards/compensation for their interns since right now all the internships are unpaid.
What makes you most happy at work?
That the environment is friendly and no one judges you for your work. Instead you would get feedback for your tasks and see how you can improve on them for next time.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process was pretty easygoing because of the CEO. It was more of a conversation than a straight up interview. However, you should be prepared for the interview when it is conducted. Overall, the interview process was quick and easy.
