Communication, and the fact they actually care
Leadership was good. Because he is very friendly and helpful person.
They are available to help the intern in every step and any time we have difficulty understand something.

Work time is quite flexible.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
It helped me to learn about the job and how companies work routine, and to be competitive on the job market.

This is an unpaid internship, it totally makes sense cuz this is a startup company.
No compensation package offered here
Although I had an unpaid internship, the best part was the experience I got out of the program.
This is unpaid, so it doesn't have any compensation packages
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Since this is a an unpaid internship, we aren't paid but the learning curve is high.

I don't feel undervalued, but I feel like as the company grows a little more, they should provide some rewards/compensation for their interns since right now all the internships are unpaid.
This is an unpaid internship which I was aware of when I applied and eventually accepted an offer. I appreciate the experience I am gaining but I am forced to seek out other forms of compensation.
I think the company could create an award plan that gives motivation to intense take more challenging tasks.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all have a shared experience and can communicate/work effectively cause we know what the other person has handled etc
Helping each other is the best of the qualities.

I enjoy the collaborative environment.
The team was just me and the coordinator, but maybe they will consider expanding the team.
All of us are around 30 or younger, we are a young team and I really enjoyed the vibe.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like how everyone is always willing to pitch in.
The most positive thing about the culture and environment of this company is that no one judges you. You can ask as many questions as you want about the tasks.
The environment is to set you to learn new things like Django.
Our CEO is a young man, I admire his braveness and creativity. He's always enthusiastic about his job which really encouraged me.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Simple, too many places these days want to send interns though a 10 step process with hour long commitments. Here it was a behavioral and then a technical and the process was finished
There were some question about what are our interest and what are the programming languages that I have had experience with. Based on those question you are put into a team. This is what I like most about the interview process.

The interview process was pretty easygoing because of the CEO. It was more of a conversation than a straight up interview. However, you should be prepared for the interview when it is conducted. Overall, the interview process was quick and easy.

That the environment is friendly and no one judges you for your work. Instead you would get feedback for your tasks and see how you can improve on them for next time.
To learn hands-on and practical technologies.
I enjoy working on the front-end end parts of the website.
