I like how everyone is always willing to pitch in.
The most positive thing about the culture and environment of this company is that no one judges you. You can ask as many questions as you want about the tasks.
The environment is to set you to learn new things like Django.
Our CEO is a young man, I admire his braveness and creativity. He's always enthusiastic about his job which really encouraged me.
There is an emphasis on wellbeing
Although it is a remote internship, I feel a positive and encouraging vibe from my team. Working remotely is no problem here!
The most positive aspect of our company culture is that we are not discouraged from making mistakes. There is no pressure to be perfect but rather to always learn something new.
