Very inclusive, and the ramp up/on boarding process is great, but the materials are written by people who have worked here for sometime and make a lot of assumptions. Also some of the material was out of date.

I liked the patience, and mentoring of my business unit leadership. They were all approachable and looking to be part of the solution.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I had an other offer on the table and the recruiter worked to try to make the process as fast as possible so I would be able to have the Unity offer before I had to make the final decision
