I retired in September 2022. I had planned to retire in 2023 but retired eatly due to the total lack of support from operations in Richmond, VA AND Charlotte, NC. Also the director of our group was totally inept and discriminated against older employees.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Company is reactive rather than proactive. The various sales groups do not communicate effectively and as a result many sales opportunities are lost.
