My overall experience with Upflex is awful. I can't recommend working here as long as the current leadership stays in place. Our leaders are awful and incompetent, and these qualities are made worse by their close-mindedness and huge egos.

The compensation is below the industry average, but the bigger problem is the awful leadership.
