Communication was borderline nonexistent. No one seemed to be on the same page, and the people who made decisions weren't accessible. It felt like chaos wrapped in startup buzzwords. Focus less on image and more on actual internal systems that help people work.
My overall experience with Upflex is awful. I can't recommend working here as long as the current leadership stays in place. Our leaders are awful and incompetent, and these qualities are made worse by their close-mindedness and huge egos.
