What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Having better compensation, benefits, lunch breaks, flexible schedules, better employee and employer attitudes, and better uniforms that aren't all black in 90 degree weather and no air conditioning! There's much MUCH more that can be improved upon like all of the favoritism in this company.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
They hire the worst people here. No one cares if a family member dies or if you haven't had a lunch break. People who sit in an office all day get paid way more than any banquet server or banquet manager. Did I mention that these people in the office do NOTHING except talk bad about their employees?
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They hire any one, and most workers no longer care since they only make $10 an hour and have to give up weekends, work long hours (17 hours sometimes!), no lunch breaks, set up the entire event, tear down the entire event, and constantly and consistently be talked down upon from management.
