I used to work in HSKP department and had very bad experience.I was mentaly harasmented and GM ,tryed to hide it and done everything in their power(and they had it) to convince me that I was wrong and that I'm exaggerating things.My boss was protected and untouchable and I was invinsible.Very bad

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to change their attitude,some of them have no basic culture and respect.Very sad for one company to have people like that as General Managers in hotel.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
You need to bring people with culture and manners into the company.Not to tolerate bully and rude persons to work over there!Right now you have several of them and they stick together and think they are untouchable!
