What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The requirement to be positive. But, we really have a lot of problems that get squelched.

The guests and the friendship of some crew members.

The product is good and guests like it enough to come back.

Evrything , staff, guest, ports, benefits all of it

Support from management to rise within my role and in the company

CEO is fully involved in operations and if you work hard enough you will have an opportunity to be promoted within.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

A complete overall of leadership and the management style

They need to let eveyrone share something from their culture, creative side, when it comes to crew food, ofc considering food waste. But also i felt as a woman often like an object and not a person with knowledge

Make the environment more engaging.

Communication. Stop micro-managing. Maybe go to a happy hour together for team/corporate bonding - this is the first corporate company I've worked for that doesn't even hold Zoom Happy Hours for team bonding/team morale

You need to bring people with culture and manners into the company.Not to tolerate bully and rude persons to work over there!Right now you have several of them and they stick together and think they are untouchable!
