- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?The ability to make an adult income has dramatically reduced. Viking hires by advertising for experiences salespeople, and require evidence of a proven track record, but they pay as if you are fresh out of high school with no experience.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?As a sales agent their should be greater compensation and a better process regarding conversion rates. You get penalised for calls you have no control over which is ridiculous
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Management does not understand our team at all. Every decision to make changes negatively impacts are ability to sell and reduces our income. We were hired with promises of great commission, but this is just gaslighting. We make less than many of the retail workers locally. I blame management.
