The most positive about the culture and environment in Virbela is the ability to collaborate with any department and have the ability to make your own mistakes in the process without being penalized.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being re-evaluated after 30, 60 or even 90 days would probably go a long way. Since coming on board, I feel undervalued now BUT I have a lot of grit left to stay and continue to be the best team member and work to a better future with Virbela.
