Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's much lower than what the industry is paying.

Salary is lower than industry standards. Especially for the nature of work and long hours.

the unique stresses that are part of being with a startup stem from not having a reliable base to build upon. There are constantly times where the structure behind my position is not present and I have to compensate for that which causes a lot more work and is beyond what should be asked of me.
