the willingness to help and the coolness of everyone around. we are all tech nerds of all ages and I love it!

they are so helpful, and when i make a mistake pull me aside to talk rather than getting super mad and punishing me.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to help every customer and not having to send them to tech support to keep their time focused on the more important issues!
