I really like the people, product and fast paced nature. However, there haven't been opportunities to grow and no one has ever had a conversation with me about how I would like to go. Messaging from leadership is confusing and do not get unified messages from all executive leadership.

Love my coworkers and culture. Would like to see more efficient use of time when it comes to meetings and increased communication among departments
