the friendliness of the staff.. I appreciate how each team is on the same level. One area is not valued above another. We're all on the same team, we all need each other and we're all important

I like greeting people everyday from all over the world. I like being the smile Virbela family gets greeted with each morning. I get to be that person who greets you at the door, puts a cup of fresh coffee in your hands and waves as ya'll head to your office, knowing you're appreciated.
