VP is a great place to work. The management is very helpful and they have a true open door policy. Everyone there is friendly and the benefits are excellent. It's nice to work for a company that actually cares about its employees not just at work but their overall well being.

There are so many benefits the company offers. You not only get paid a good salary, but you also benefit from the program itself on a personal level as well

We all work together to give the ultimate customer experience. Being fairly new my teammates are always there to answer a question and are very patient during the learning process

They are accessible and always willing to lend an ear. They will even make time in their schedule for one on ones and help you create a career path within the company
What did you like most about the interview process?
They made you feel like an actual person during the whole process. The interviewers made you feel at ease instead of making you feel like you were in a pressure cooker throughout the process
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The work environment is more like a family than just people working together. I have worked in a variety of call centers and this is by far the most excited I have been to wake up and go to work each day. If you have family issues the company even has benefits to help with that.
