They are accessible and always willing to lend an ear. They will even make time in their schedule for one on ones and help you create a career path within the company

Understanding that money is not everything
Listen to and care about your employees
Stand up for your team. Respect people's time. Just because your not busy doesn't mean other people have 3 as to sit in your meeting.

Better bonuses paid to non sales team members
Benifits continue to shrink. And dispute what is publicly stated, thereis no flexibility or options to work from home when you need to.

We all work together to give the ultimate customer experience. Being fairly new my teammates are always there to answer a question and are very patient during the learning process

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Positive outlook to the future. Authenticity
The benefits are pretty good
Everyone is very helpful and smart
The work environment is more like a family than just people working together. I have worked in a variety of call centers and this is by far the most excited I have been to wake up and go to work each day. If you have family issues the company even has benefits to help with that.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Friendly interviewer in my experience.
They made you feel like an actual person during the whole process. The interviewers made you feel at ease instead of making you feel like you were in a pressure cooker throughout the process

What do you like best about your company?
The standing desks are really nice.
I love the people I work with, the location, and the mission.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
We need better structure and planning. There is an unrealistic expectation to deliver on large scale projects with minimal planning or direction. I think we need to have PMs that can manage expectations, work with stakeholders, help ensure that resources are aligned, and keep projects on track.
Although I adore my colleagues, candidates are not thoroughly vetted.
