The right hand knowing what the left is doing. Consistancy. Also higher pay.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Way more work is done on a minimal salary than should be. Should be getting paid a lot more and given a newer Analyist type of title
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They all need racial and cultural diversity training not only focused on minorities. I am white and I was subject to many horrible comments and behavior.
