Having something meaningful to work towards while beibg put in a position to be successful

My team is supportive and collaborative. We work toward individual goals, but everyone makes time to support thise who need help.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Getting to speak to the founders in the interview process to see if the company was a good fit for me.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Uncapped sales commission that allowz me to capitalize in the vaue i bring to the company. If the company gets paid so do I.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We take quick and decisive action to take advantage if market opportunities. However, we also fail fast if a selected direction is found to not be the right one.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are driven and fo used on our mission, but they can directly relate to each member if the team. I can honestly call any if them at anytime and they would make time to speak with me. I have never seen a leadership team that truly cares about people as individuals.
