We akl are bright, gritty and good and care about making a difference
The remote culture is amazing but it's supported by regional and all-company face to face time as well.
Our culture is very positive and collaborative, and leadership makes an intentional effort to highlight contributions of "Voltans" throughout the company on a regular basis.
