
It's challenging. Voltus has a high bar and it's not an easy company to be get an offer from.
I liked the pace of the interviews and how understanding they were during the process. I was given extra time due to unforeseen circumstances

I think that the interview process, as with the onboarding process, can be pretty good at Voltus but it varies quite a bit depending on your role/management. I do know we're working on improving things so I think this variation may resolve over time.
