What did you like most about the interview process?

It's challenging. Voltus has a high bar and it's not an easy company to be get an offer from.

I liked the pace of the interviews and how understanding they were during the process. I was given extra time due to unforeseen circumstances

Meeting with executive leadership was nice. Although it added pressure towards the end of the process I value that interaction however the interview process was too long.

I had 4 interviews including with the President of the company which shows me the care that put into validating candidates are a good fit for both them and the company.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

I think that the interview process, as with the onboarding process, can be pretty good at Voltus but it varies quite a bit depending on your role/management. I do know we're working on improving things so I think this variation may resolve over time.
