I love my job at voltus. I love the people and what we stand for

Doing well by doing good has never felt better in my career. The culture is amazing, our mission is inspiring, and we work hard to make a big difference. It's not for the faint of heart but those who connect with the mission will love everything about Voltus.

Voltus has a unique mission/model. There are pros & cons to working at the company, of course. Pros: brilliant coworkers, interesting space, opportunity to learn, feeling engaged in efforts to address climate change. Cons: inconsistent (by role) quality of onboarding, communication, infrastructure.

Working here i feel like i have a lot of autonomy which makes my work enjoyable. There is a lot of trust for each employee. Any task i want to do is encouraged which is exciting.

Excellent culture, hyper growth, fantastic mission-driven people. I sincerely enjoy getting to work every day. Great place to develop.

They are approachable and readily available

They're very mission focused while ensuring that the company is financially responsible and supported by investors. They walk the talk and maintain a very transparent culture.

Overall, our leadership team is extremely well-equipped to drive Voltus forward in the right direction. I think it's fair to say they are very well respected by most at our company for their expertise, innovative perspective, and dedication.

The remote culture is amazing but it's supported by regional and all-company face to face time as well.

It's challenging. Voltus has a high bar and it's not an easy company to be get an offer from.

I liked the pace of the interviews and how understanding they were during the process. I was given extra time due to unforeseen circumstances

I think that the interview process, as with the onboarding process, can be pretty good at Voltus but it varies quite a bit depending on your role/management. I do know we're working on improving things so I think this variation may resolve over time.

Work life balance and team

Working on something that I know will make the world a better place with special people who want to do the same.

I think most of my coworkers are interesting, energetic people and I really enjoy learning about them. People here are pretty adventurous and driven.

The leisure and freedom to do the work i feel is most impactful.
