They have extraordinary experience and don't shy away from owning up to mistakes. As much as would seem possible, they maintain a high degree of transparency about overall health of the business, where we're going, key decisions, etc.

They are driven and fo used on our mission, but they can directly relate to each member if the team. I can honestly call any if them at anytime and they would make time to speak with me. I have never seen a leadership team that truly cares about people as individuals.
