The people here are great, except you never know if something you say is going to get back to the boss. Everyone is kind of skeptical of each other.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Anyone that doesn’t completely fall in line just gets pushed out of the picture. The CEO rules with an iron fist and everyone pays the price.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Having someone other than the CEO staring you down the whole time would be nice.
