The company is great in theory, but the individual managers and leadership need to be more thoroughly vetted instead of promoted because of longevity.

My team was happy, upbeat, knowledgeable, and very communicative.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The leadership team is snobby and completely lacking in responsibility.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I loved interacting with the manager the most, at first.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love actually educatiing customers and being so effective and simple.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being able to work more hours as a part time team member. Your employees are 15-16 year olds. They're adults with bills and needs they need to be properly compensated for but cant under the hourly stipulations.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication first off within the leadership team and to part timers, treating the part timers as viable members of the team and not pawns, working to educate team members instead of barking orders, delegating tasks through themselves and then to team members, and taking responsibility for mistakes
