What does the leadership team need to get better at?

How much they pay managers in my dept. I manage 20 ppl remotely as a Supervisor/CX Team Lead and I only get paid $45K. That’s insanity.

Communication first off within the leadership team and to part timers, treating the part timers as viable members of the team and not pawns, working to educate team members instead of barking orders, delegating tasks through themselves and then to team members, and taking responsibility for mistakes
