In 2amd 1/2 years i have been the an elite performer with zero chance of a merit increase or promotion even though i generate more revenue than any other person in retail at the highest AOV

Leaders are very attentive, supportive, and incested in my success.

This is only like my fourth week here at Warby Parker, and I love it! The partnership that everyone has with one another is something I havent ever been apart of! The customers are always satified and in customer service that is rare, which speaks for Warby Parker itself.

They communicate very well i have nothing bad to say about my manager

How much they pay managers in my dept. I manage 20 ppl remotely as a Supervisor/CX Team Lead and I only get paid $45K. That’s insanity.

Communication first off within the leadership team and to part timers, treating the part timers as viable members of the team and not pawns, working to educate team members instead of barking orders, delegating tasks through themselves and then to team members, and taking responsibility for mistakes

I only work part time, so I don't have a compensation package (which is fine by me!)

I belive I bring a very unique and critical skills to my team. I don't feel like I am in the loop as an advisor when i comes to store operations or growth opputunities

In the role of Supervisor for CX Engagement, the role responsibilities change constantly, roles are not back-filled, instead work is just piled on, we're doing the work of multiple depts, managing large teams of 20 or more, in Nashville TN, while making about 50k. Thats poverty in Nashville.

Starting salary should be higher

Being able to work more hours as a part time team member. Your employees are 15-16 year olds. They're adults with bills and needs they need to be properly compensated for but cant under the hourly stipulations.

Full-time workers being forced to go back into office after being remote for two years, needs to be made optional. Full-time people also get no sick pay, so if they get sick without a 24/hr notice they get attendance points
