What is the best part about your compensation package?
I only work part time, so I don't have a compensation package (which is fine by me!)
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone is kind, knowledgeable, and interesting. Leadership is always willing to help employees and cares about each of us.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company encourages us to work hard but play hard too. They host numerous events and get togethers throughout the year.
What makes you most happy at work?
Feeling VALUED! I have never worked anywhere else where my managers share their appreciation for the work that I do (and this is a regular occurrence at Warby Parker).
