Thye make the long hours very enjoyable.
They make me feel more than welcome, are always friendly and supportive.
They are open to helping and answer questions.
Clear detail about what's expected.
Great people and easy to talk to.
Organize better, and better communication
They need to better understand my needs an an employee and person

Our culture is one of caring and that starts with each individual employee. Please talk with your local manager and share your needs. You are a valued part of the team. Thank you for your honest review.
They need to get better at touching base with each team member. There is a lot of favoritism with the management team.

Thank you for your review. Please talk with your local managers to discuss your concerns. We appreciate you as a teammate and the work that you do each day for our customers.
Leader ship should be about respect to begin with why do I say this management uses the F word in meetings all around the building I don't think that's professional or polite that needs to change ASAP.
Communication and more money and fix this big routes
The best part is that i am able to get overtime.
It would be the Flexibility and PTO.
I dont know what is all included in it
knowing how much i'm going to be making every week so I can budget easier.
401k and medical insurance are very comprehensive.
salary could be better Based off of 50 hours a week and I'm here 12-14 hours a day
The added responsibility with becoming a supervisor from a driver feels like it should come with a raise instead of a deduction of pay. I feel it should be closer to the amount of money working as an hourly employee.
Time invested in the day to day does not translate to affordability of living cost in are current economic state. while that is ever evolving it would seem to fall short in my opinion.
More pay for number of hours worked under salary pay
The pay/raises are way to low for all the years I've been here
The best thing is that my team is very enjoyable to be around and we work well together.
We all care about one another and are dedicated to a unified goal.
They are honest and want to do the best.
Very helpful and approachable and willing to jump in and help with anything that is needed.
They can be real with you and tell you what is on their mind, without any repercussions.
My coworkers dont get along, they have sides
Understanding people better. Taking the time to get to know them and to practice/hone their own skills to be a better leaders. Caring about the job and having passion for it in a way that makes people motivated to win each day.
My co-workers could assist without telling others that I needed the assistance. Also, they could be honest; one of my co-workers has made an accusation that I use my phone while at my desk and my manager accused me of it as if it were fact. She even rewrote my job description to include no phones.
TOO MUCH DRAMA AND GOSSIP
Just more experience and teamwork.
It is servent leadership focused.
How everyone is treated by leadership!
The most positive aspect is that people care about their work and take pride in the quality of what they do.
waste connections has the best culture. i have work at many places before here and this is by far the best place ive worked with this level of culture.
The people are what make the culture grow and succeed.
I think there needs to be better communication between the staff and the drivers, now that I have been here for a while, I can feel tension between them, and it makes me uncomfortable to really converse conversation with them.
The company needs to listen to their employees.
Better pay and better pay

Competitive pay and the workers that go above and beyond to be recognized because I feel like even if you work harder then anyone else you will get treated as the slowest person. Even if you help twice as much.
Leaders who care about the growth of the employees that report to them.
The give and take. not scripted, but following the right guidelines
How comfortable I felt talking and answering my questions. It was like I had known them my whole life.
Opportunity to speak to multiple people/positions before deciding to proceed.
The steps are standardized so let's stay objective
They were open an honest about the pace of the business, and they were also open to answering all my questions. They also reassured me that they were never shy about promoting from within.
Less get to know you and more experience based questions
Being abke to make connections with employees across the company
The fun people I work with.
The culture that has been created.
Providing a service to customers.
interacting with my team. and the drivers.
What's going wrong is that there is a cultural and racial split at the job, alot of gossiping, and at some point in time, I think that issues between the drivers, mechanics, and office staff needs to be addressed before something bad happens
I am told that it would take a while to learn how WC does things but when I ask for help, I am expected to remember from the first two times of being told or shown. My co-worker says she will help but then she goes to tell my manager that she had to help. My manger projects after meeting w/ her mgr.
parking is always an issue, every day. If I can work from home one day, I can work from home all days.
The atmosphere within our operations team
Service is not the best. Dumpster deliveries do not get done. Things dont seem to have any urgency in that department. As territory manager, i have to screen these phone calls, and it get overwhelming.
