Understanding people better. Taking the time to get to know them and to practice/hone their own skills to be a better leaders. Caring about the job and having passion for it in a way that makes people motivated to win each day.

My co-workers could assist without telling others that I needed the assistance. Also, they could be honest; one of my co-workers has made an accusation that I use my phone while at my desk and my manager accused me of it as if it were fact. She even rewrote my job description to include no phones.

My coworkers talk about a lot of personal information that I am not interested in hearing about. the management team encourages this behavior and joins in the conversations I feel very uncomfortable.

I do not know what they need to improve on
There is a certain group that only talks with each other and they often talk about others if your not in that group, feels like a middle school experience

My coworkers need proper training and instruction to better do their assigned job duties. We could work together more effectively if some coworkers were not unjustly ostracized for knowing how to operate more than basic equipment
