I am told that it would take a while to learn how WC does things but when I ask for help, I am expected to remember from the first two times of being told or shown. My co-worker says she will help but then she goes to tell my manager that she had to help. My manger projects after meeting w/ her mgr.

Service is not the best. Dumpster deliveries do not get done. Things dont seem to have any urgency in that department. As territory manager, i have to screen these phone calls, and it get overwhelming.

I use to LOVE to go to work until I transferred to another location. I am not use to having a managers not engaging or at least saying hello. I find it discouraging to have my manager walk by your desk every day and never look at me and say "Good Morning!"

A lot of my managers decisions are just wrong headed. I feel that we are horribly behind most professional driver based jobs in safety and regard for employees health. To improve I know we need monetary investment for facilities and equipment. A serious manager would also go a long way.

I was been made fun of by office staff at my interview, I have gotten less than adequate instruction by my lead, my complaints/concerns with my lead and management have fallen on dead ears by my site and district managers

So much wrong and it would take very little to make improvments. Start by listening not just talking over every one. That is a start.

Sometimes, can feel overworked and under appreciated. Middle managment is overworked especially. This can cause a lot off office stress.
