The focus on culture that wasn't here a few years ago. Creating a positive work environment where people have a sense of belonging and can contribute their best every day.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Working hard to create a better culture of collaboration, sustainability and accountability for a company that had too many acquisitions with poor acquired management. The silos are coming down and there is a strong sense of belonging.
