I felt that the leadership teams were committed to improving the company market share but lacked the technical knowledge to develop the end user client relationships for our PL target audience.

management, accountability, following process, stronger training, customer & supplier relationships

Better communication; better cash management. The company has very poor cash management. Poor career development and advancement opportunities. Management pays exorbitant bonuses to employees that rarely deliver. The CEO is great; ;the rest need to go.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

I feel that the benefits package and the competitive salary both deserve high marks and the opportunity to advance and grow within the company is a outstanding investment in it's people.

Fair but of course would be better to increase, and get recognized more by my manager.

Pay is fair and the benefits are good.

I make less money now than when I started and have been working for the company for over 10 yrs. when they do cut backs, its the workers that keep the company going that get crapped on

Better pay and better treatment.

Pay was on par with the industry. The workload was constantly expanding with each round of layoffs. No development or opportunity outside of your current position.

They are like a family, except the supervisors and managers.

They listen. but don't communicate well.

Work environment was very nice

I found I could rely on my team and managers and move forward with clear expectations and confidence in our products, services and people.

The focus on culture that wasn't here a few years ago. Creating a positive work environment where people have a sense of belonging and can contribute their best every day.

Respect each other and teamwork

Quit hiring and promoting people based on race and gender. The best person qualified for the job should be granted the opportunity to prove him or herself.

Constant layoffs; no pay raises for three years. Management practices the buddy buddy network to take care of their friends and no objectivity for the average employee. Very negative.

Background check shouldn't take that long.

Give more chance for people to express themselves freely and openly.

Better screening, prove yourself prior to employment. One on one with the people you will be working side by side with.

I am most happy when everyone is treated with respect, trust and integrity and individual opinions and experience have meaning when reviewing specific projects.
